KeyDrive
Data Security is becoming an everyday part of business life - it
is the direct responsibility of every employee or representative
to ensure that the integrity and protection of the corporate knowledge
base is maintained at all times.
Your hard disk is where you store virtually all of your data. Keeping
this information secure in case you lose your notebook, or it is
stolen, is a vital part of everyday commercial practice. KeyDrive
is available in versions to suit the single user, small to medium
corporate users and large global enterprise users.

Two-Factor Security?
Secure Technology applications use the iKey Authentication token
from Rainbow Technologies, one of the world leaders in USB token
technology. By requiring all users to be in possession of a valid
KeyDrive USB token and the correct user PIN code, before any access
is granted to the KeyDrive Secure Disk, we ensure that only properly
authorized and authenticated users can see and work with your information.
Many methods of securing confidential information have surfaced
over the last few years but most, if not all, become more difficult
to use and implement as the levels of security required get higher
and higher. The design goal of the KeyDrive Authenticated Drive
Encryption system is to offer very high levels of security and encryption
but with an ease of use that would make the implementation of the
security system painless.
To achieve this goal KeyDrive implements hardware based authentication
using a token policy and a personal administration program. By only
allowing the authenticated user access to the encryption and decryption
capabilities of KeyDrive it is virtually impossible for any third
party not in possession of a valid authentication device (USB token)
to gain unauthorized access to the secured information.
KeyDrive manages all access to the encryption and decryption capabilities
via the authentication device. A user must be in possession of the
authentication device and have been properly authenticated to the
device by supplying a user PIN number established by the user during
the initial administration set-up.
Secure Technology is a company with the capability to design and
implement security solutions, which enable individuals and enterprises
to transact securely with one another. This unique value proposition
should be contrasted with other approaches to security, which usually
involves a culture of prevention, control, and disablement.
