We are very grateful to the UKUUG for their assistance with the Exim Conference, and are offering special rates for UKUUG members.

How to book

All Exim bookings are being handled by the UKUUG on our behalf.

All bookings will be acknowledged and VAT invoices sent.

Small print: Cancellation fees: before 24-Jan-2005: 15% (min £20); 25-Jan to 10-Feb: 30% (min £40); 11-Feb or later: 100%.   No cancellation will be accepted unless it is sent to the UKUUG Secretariat in writing.   The organizers accept no responsibility for damage to property or injury to person during the entire event.   The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time in which case all delegate fees will be refunded in full but the organizers have no liability for transport, accommodation or other costs that delegates may incur.
